Day 18 - Buh-bye Florida

Today was an early start; 6am. We finished packing up the RV, pulled the slides in, hooked up, and rolled out by 7:15. The animals really travel well. Socks found his spot in the truck on the center counsel. Then Bruce was jealous that the cat can ride upfront, so he also took his spot on the center counsel.

We got to our overnight spot in just under 4 hours. This is our backyard for the day:

Things we learned:
  • 4-hour drive days are ideal
  • Check your DEF fluid levels before you start driving
  • Fill up your truck while you are not hooked up; it's just easier
  • I worked in the truck and didn't get car sick! Not so much a learning, just really great.
Much Love,
The Blackshire's

365 Days of Roaming!

Today is the official 365th day of being on the road. It's crazy to think about all we have done in the last 365 days, and even crazier...
